Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are assessed based on booking status, cancellation timing, and platform policy compliance.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

2. Student Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before session start are generally eligible for refund.

Late cancellations may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on circumstances.

3. Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor cancels, the student is generally eligible for full refund or rebooking.

Repeated tutor cancellations may trigger account review.

4. No-show and Disputes

No-show cases and quality disputes are reviewed using booking logs, communication, and session evidence.

Dispute resolutions are case-based and documented through admin operations.

5. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated promptly; bank/provider posting times vary by region and method.
