Tutors are expected to avoid short-notice cancellations except for emergencies.
2. Student-Initiated Cancellation
Students can cancel from dashboard booking actions.
Late cancellations may incur fees or reduced refunds according to policy.
3. Tutor-Initiated Cancellation
Tutors can cancel with reason through booking lifecycle actions.
Students are notified of tutor cancellations and may rebook or request refund.
4. Rescheduling
Reschedule requests are subject to tutor availability and lead-time rules.
Repeated reschedule abuse may trigger account review.
5. Abuse and Enforcement
Repeated no-shows, booking spam, or policy abuse can lead to account restrictions.
LearnHoop may freeze or block accounts for severe or repeated violations.
